Attention

NEVER connect the battery in parallel with

that of other vehicles, as this may cause a short

circuit or overheating of the battery.
To maintain the battery charge and use the Ducati-

approved battery charger, proceed as described in

the chapter “Maintaining the battery charge”.

When charging is complete, disconnect the battery

charger power cable from the wall outlet, remove the

black clip (5a) from the negative pole (-) and the red

clip (6a) from the positive pole (+).
