2.4.1 IDU

The L54 IDU is a 1RU rack-mountable assembly designed for 19-inch rack/cabinet
installations. All IDUs are compatible with standard 19-inch EIA and ETSI rack mount standards. Each
IDU is designed to support one of four capacities: 4E1/8E1/16E1, and 10/100BASE-T+1/2/4E1data
rates. Different services have different interface, another way, different service should configure
different service plug-in. The IDU is independent of any frequency band thus simplifying maintenance
and lowering the overall cost of sparing.
