Insert Film shaft into roll film. Core clip on
top of shaft should point towards you.
Film should be positioned so the film unrolls
off of the bottom side of the roll.
If film is loaded on the supply shafts properly,
the top will unroll clockwise, and the bottom
will unroll counter clockwise
As film supply shaft is inserted into roll of
film, twist the supply shaft clockwise to make
entry into the core easier.
Supply shaft should be snug as it is inserted
into the roll. The clip bites into the core to
allow for brake tension to be applied which
helps smooth wrinkles as the film enters the
laminator.
If supply shafts fit too tight, or slides too easily
onto the rolls, then adjustment of the core
clips are necessary (preceding slide).
