introduction
The Drive
DeVilbiss
Folding Shower Seat is
available in two models. The SWALL002 is
constructed from aluminium and features height
adjustable legs for support.
The SWALL001 is constructed from sturdy
powder coated steel. Both models feature a HD
polyethylene seat with drainage holes and fold
away to the wall to save space when not
required.
installation
Both models must be permanently fitted to a wall
before use. They feature six 8mm diameter holes,
and should only be fitted by a competent person
and fastened to a wall which has the capacity to
withstand the vertical load and leverage applied
during use. Fasteners are not supplied because
the method of fixing will depend on material and
thickness of the wall. The person fitting the seat
will be able to supply suitable fasteners.
For the SWALL002, set the required leg height
before installing the plate to the wall. To set the
leg height pull out 'E' clip retaining the leg. Slide
the leg to the required position and reinsert the
'E' clip. Repeat for the other leg, ensuring before
legs are set to the same height.
cleaning and maintenance
Both models require minimal maintenance.
Periodically check the wall fasteners and pivot
points are secure.
To clean the seat, occasionally wipe the seat with
a soft cloth using a mild household detergent or
disinfectant and warm water. Do not use harsh
abrasives or bleach as these can cause damage
and/or discolouration.
