Do not allow food spills with a high sugar content (for example, jam) to dry in
the oven. If they dry too long, they could damage the enamel coating inside
the oven.
Cleaning the oven

To keep the oven in good condition, it should be cleaned regularly, after
allowing it to cool. Remove all removable parts.

Clean the oven shelves with hot water and non-abrasive detergents, rinse
and dry.
Cleaning the glazing door

The glass of the door must always be kept clean. Use an absorbent kitchen
roll; Remove persistent dirt with a damp sponge and a common detergent.
9. EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE
Occasionally, the furnace will require minor maintenance procedures or the
replacement of parts subject to wear, such as gaskets, light bulbs, etc. The specific
instructions for each procedure of this type are provided below.
Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before performing any operation
that involves access to live parts.
Replacing of the oven lamp

Disconnect the oven from the power supply by means of the omnipolar switch
used to connect the appliance to the electrical mains ;or unplug the appliance
if the plug is accessible;

Remove the glass cover of the lamp-holder;

Remove the lamp and replace with a lamp resistant to high temperatures
(300
℃
)with the following characteristics

VOLTAGE: 220
– 240V

WATTAJE: 25W

TYPE: E 14
Replace the glass cover and reconnect the oven to the power supply.
