8. ASSEMBLING THE VEHICLE LIFT

8.3 CONNECTING THE FOOT PEDAL PUMP TO

LIFT COLUMNS

Using PTFE tape or liquid PTFE on the hydraulic hose connect
the foot pedal pump to the lift column as shown.
Before use:
•

A copper knob is installed for shipping to prevent leaks, this
must be loosened anticlockwise before use.

•

Inspect each bolt to ensure they are tight and secure.

•

Carry out test run with no vehicle to ensure there are no
leaks.
