6.1 OPERATING

1. Prior to operating the jack, remove any accumulated air from the system as follows:

2. Insert the handle into the socket and fix it with the screw provided.

3. Turn the handle anti-clockwise one full turn, pump the jack several times with its full

stroke to ensure internal lubrication and bleed the accumulated air from the system.

4. Rotate the handle clockwise to close the valve completely. The jack is now ready to be

used.

5. IMPORTANT: Prior to lifting the load, ensure that all of the aforementioned safety

instructions are followed.

6. The wheels of the jacks should always rotate freely.

7. For lifting, move the handle up and down, using the full stroke range of the piston for

greater speed. Secure the lifted load as an essential safety measure with an
appropriate axle stand.

8. Before lowering, lift the vehicle to remove the axle stands, ensuring that there are no

persons or obstacles under the vehicle to be lowered. Carefully rotate the handle
anti-clockwise to gently lower the load.
