OPERATION & USE

Make sure that the mains voltage matches the 
voltage stated on the machine’s rating plate.

FITTING THE SAW BLADE (Fig.2)

Switch the machine off and disconnect it from the 
power supply.

Set the base plate to the highest position (maximum 
depth of cut).

Open the mobile lower blade guard 

(A)

.

Rotate the blade until the hole can be seen below the 
base plate. Insert a suitable pin through the hole and 
using the hex key supplied

, undo and remove 

flange screw 

(C)

 and blade flange 

(B)

.

Change the blade ensuring that the arrow on the 
blade points in the same rotation as the arrow on the 
upper blade guard.

Refit the blade flange 

(B)

 and flange screw 

(C)

 and 

tighten.

Before replacing the new saw blade, make sure that 
the contact surfaces of the setting discs are clean. 
Saw teeth must be wider than the riving knife 

(F)

(The arrow printed on the fixed guard of the machine 
indicates the cutting direction of the teeth).

IMPORTANT:
When changing or fitting a blade always have the 
depth of cut set at maximum.
