HOW TO CLEAN YOUR SPRAY GUN
1. Clean the spray gun immediately after each use.
2. Do not damage the air cap, fluid nozzle or fluid needle.
3. Use a bristle brush with thinners to clean the air cap, fluid nozzle, and the other parts. Never soak the gun completely, only put the front end of
the gun into the thinner to avoid possible damage to the gun.
4. Clean parts thoroughly ensuring removal of all dust and dried material.
5. Empty cup of paint and clean cup with thinners. Then fill cup with thinners, spray thinners to thoroughly flush out passage-ways.
Draper air tools have been carefully tested and inspected before shipment
and are guaranteed to be free from defective materials and workmanship for 6
months from the date of purchase except where tools are hired out when the
guarantee period is reduced to ninety days from the date of purchase.
Should the machine develop any fault, please return the complete tool to your
nearest authorized warranty repair agent or contact Draper Tools Limited,

If, upon inspection it is found that the fault occurring is due to defective
materials or workmanship, repairs will be carried out free of charge. This
guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear, nor does it cover any
damage caused by misuse, careless or unsafe handling, alterations, accident,
or repairs attempted or made by any persons other than the authorized
Draper warranty repair agent.
This guarantee applies in lieu of any other guarantee expressed or implied
and variation of its terms are not authorized.
Your Draper guarantee is not effective unless you can produce upon request a
dated receipt or invoice to verify your proof of purchase within the guarantee
period.
Please note that this guarantee is an additional benefit and does not affect
your statutory rights.

Supplied complete with clip-on connector and dial gauge. Suitable for use with motor vehicles, cycles, dinghies, etc.
Inflating:
Fully press inflating trigger.
Over pressure release:
Press the lateral push button.
CAUTION:
When inflating, the dial gauge shows the air-line pressure. On releasing the trigger you can read the pressure inside the tyre.
WARNING:
Maximum operating pressure: 140psi (10 bar).
Handle the gun with care, slight knocks can damage the accuracy of the gauge. The gauge should be checked periodically and replaced if
inaccurate or damaged. Any inflating error can be dangerous to your safety.

The ideal working pressure can vary between 40 and 110psi according to the density of the liquid/cleaning agent.
Maximum operating
pressure 120psi, but preferably keep the operating pressure as low as possible.
Connect the cup complete with liquid/cleaning agent. Before operating ensure the air pressure and material to be sprayed is suitable for this
product. Do not connect air hose until you are absolutely ready to begin work.

The liquid/cleaning agent quantity can be adjusted by adjusting the air pressure. The spray pattern is adjustable from round to fan by
adjusting the lance nozzle. For the fan pattern the required air pressure has to be higher than the round one.
Never exceed the maximum
operating pressure.
