4.1 SCOPE

The 20" fan described in this booklet is intended for air flow circulation use.

4.3 HANDLING & STORAGE

This fan is designed to be moved to different locations. Ensure it is always operated on a firm and 
stable surface. Ensure that water and/or cleaning detergent does not enter the motor housing or 
switch mechanism.

9. FAN 

INSTRUCTION

9.1 SWITCH OPERATION

The speed is controlled by rotating the switch located on the fan 
motor housing:
0.   OFF.
1.   LOW.
2.   MEDIUM.
3.   HIGH.

Important:

 Remove the plug from the power supply and wait until 

the fan has completely stopped rotating before making any 
adjustments to it.

9.2 AIR FLOW DIRECTION

1.   To start/stop the fan head oscillating, push down/pull up the 

oscillation action knob 

.

2.   The air flow can be adjusted upward or downward by 

loosening the tilt adjustment knob 

 and adjusting the 

vertical angle as desired. Re-tighten knob securely.

9.3 ADJUST HEIGHT OF FAN

To adjust the height of the fan, support the weight of the fan and 

motor unit by holding the handle on the rear protective grille 
while carefully unscrewing the lock knob on the column. Adjust 
the fan to the required height and retighten lock knob, 
ensuring fan is secure.

9.4 CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Note:

 Remove the plug from the socket before carrying out 

adjustment, servicing or maintenance.

Warning: 

Ensure that the fan is switched off from the mains and 

plug is disconnected from the power supply before removing the 
grille.
1.   To disassemble the fan, reverse the sequence of the ‘8.1 

assembling the protective blade grilles’ section (page 11).

2.   Clean components with a dry/damp soft cloth. 

DO NOT

 use 

detergents/sprays as these will damage the motor/switch 
assembly.
