2.7 Alarm Mode
when the device is in alarm mode, it checks the built-in sensor temperature for a short time. if the temperature
exceeds the preconfigured range, it sends an uplink immediately.
Note: alarm mode adds a little power consumption, and we recommend extending the normal read time when this
feature is enabled.

: Enable/disable alarm mode. (0: Disabled, 1: Enabled)

: The interval between checking the alarm temperature. (In minutes)
