The Provisioning > IP Meters menu

IP Meter Settings

Id

ID number for the IP Meter

Enable Polling

Check this box to enable polling of the meter.

Description

User-definable description for the IP meter.

IP or Host Name

The Internet layer address of the meter to be polled.

TCP Port

The port on the meter that will receive traffic from the NetGuardian.

DNP3 Address

The DNP3 address of the meter.

Poll Type

The type of polling that the NetGuardian will use to monitor the meter.

Channel

Description

User-definable description for the channel.

Units

The unit(s) of measurement reported by the channel.
