Setup & Troubleshooting Your CN3G/CN3eG

You would use this process if Warm Booting did not unlock the PDCD. Cold booting the
751G would “reload” the operating system and all information would be lost. Doing the
same thing on the CN3G/CN3eG does not clear information from the PDCD.

To Cold Boot:

This process will restart your PDCD.
1. Press the Power button to suspend the

CN3G/CN3eG.

2. Remove the battery pack, press and hold in the

reset button for about 10 seconds (The Reset
button is a soft circle located towards the right of
the battery compartment).

3. Replace the battery and allow the CN3G/CN3eG

to continue rebooting.
