Troubleshooting:
If a problem occurs under normal operating conditions, please refer to the solutions below:
I can’t take pictures or record video.
Check memory card to see whether or not there is enough space or if memory card is
locked.
When recording, it automatically stops.
Due to the huge high-‐definition video data, use SDHC compatible high-‐speed TF card,
high-‐speed TF card will be C4 or C6 logo.
A “file error” message appears when playing back pictures and videos.
An error occurred while TF card memory data used the camera "format" function, and
according to incomplete files, reformatted the TF card.
Shoot a hazy image.
Please check whether the lens has dirt or fingerprints, and wipe the lens clean.
Image has horizontal stripes interference.
This is due to the wrong setting " light frequency" generated. According to the local power,
frequency is set to "50Hz" or "60Hz".
The dashcam freezes.
Press the reset button to restore the restart.
