OPERATION

Dough weight range must be between  60 g min. to 600g max.

Turn on the power with the main switch on the machine. (The switch will light up when the
machine is on.)

Adjust the opening of the top and bottom roller with the lever located on the side of the
rollers to obtain the desired dough thickness.

Put some flour in the chute and the rollers to prevent the dough from sticking on the rollers.

Flatten the dough ball with the hands before.

Cover the dough with flour.

When you put dough into the hopper,the bottom of dough must face to the front rollers.

Put the dough in the first set of roller (top roller).

When the dough come out of the first set of roller, break the dough with one finger to turn the
dough 90 degree to pass in the second set of roller to obtain a round shape when the dough
come out of the second set of roller

When the dough comes out, finish it with the hand or hand roller at desired size, if needed.

WARNING

Never remove the safety guard on the machine. Never try to push or remove the dough from

the rollers with your hands. Always turn off the power on the machine before cleaning or

trying to take out some dough.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Every two months check the transmission parts inside the machine , adjust the belt tension ,

      grease the chains and bearings.

Daily cleaning : wipe out the leftover dough on the upper and bottom with plastic scraper.

      Clean the conveyor belt with brush ,wipe out the dust on the machine with soft cloth and
      brush.

Weekly cleaning : wipe out the dried dough left on the rollers with soft cloth .Clean away

      trash dough , flour and dust inside the machine with brush and vaccum blower.
4    Note : never use an abrasive or caustic detergent or any metal scraper to clean your moulder.

SAFETY CAUTION

1     Be sure not to touch the space between the rear tilted plates with your fingers ( see figure 1 )
       when you take out dough from the machine , becauce wool felt of the rear tilted plates have
       rolling force upward. Your finger will get hurt easily if you touch it.

Be careful with your fingers when you put dough inside the feeder hopper.Do not touch the

       running rollers.

Please note that the feed hopper is equipped with emergent stop switch.In case of emergency

       just press down the hopper and machine will stop,for example,when your fingers get inside
       the rollers.
