damage.    Unified  Brands  suggests  that  if  you  are 
suspicious  of  damage  to  make  a  notation  on  the 
delivery  receipt.    It  will  be  the  responsibility  of  the 
consignee  to  file  a  claim  with  the  carrier.    We
