REPAIR AND ASSEMBLY

SUBMERSION-MUFFLER KIT INSTALLATION

TOOLS NEEDED

Inch socket

Inch socket wrench

STEP 1

Place “Submersion/Muffler Plate Gasket” onto back

of intermediate and line up screw holes.

STEP 2

Place “Submersion/

Muffler Plate” onto

“Submersion/Muffler

Plate Gasket” and line

up screw holes.

STEP 3

Insert screws into screw holes.

Tighten screws using a

socket and socket wrench

(recommended),

4

” wrench, or

flathead screw driver.

WARNING

Prior to servicing the pump, ensure that the air

and fluid lines are closed and disconnected. While wearing personal

protective equipment, flush and drain process liquid from the

pump in a safe manner.

WARNING

Maintenance must not be performed when a hazardous atmo-

sphere is present.
