2. Attach the dust mop retainer to the end of the
mount arm assembly using two 3/8" x 1" serrated
fl
ange cap screws. Verify that the dust mop
retainer is positioned as shown below.
NOTE: Do not tighten the serrated
fl
ange cap
screws at this time.
3. Pull the dust mop over the frame.
NOTE: Verify that the raised area of the frame is
protruding through the opening in the center of
the dust mop.
4. Insert the cross bar of the frame into the hook
at the end of the mount bar assembly, then slide
the dust mop retainer toward the mop end of the
mount bar.
5. Verify that the
fi
ngers on the mop retainer capture
the frame cross bar in the slot of the mount bar,
then secure the mop in place by tightening the
fasteners to 30 ft-lb.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Attach the broom bracket to the side of the broom
hood using two 3/8" x 3/4" cap screws and 3/8" lock
washers. Tighten fasteners to 20 ft-lb.
NOTE: Verify the longer part of the broom bracket
is facing downward as shown below.
