7. If your pizza is cooking too quickly, simply turn the cooking 
temperature counter-clockwise to a lower setting. This will reduce the 
cooking temperature. To raise the cooking temperature if your pizza is 

cooking too slowly, turn the cooking temperature clockwise to a higher 

setting. This will raise the cooking temperature. 

 

8. When cooking with a frozen pizza base, allow the dough to thaw. Once 

completely thawed, slide your pizza directly onto the heated stone or 

deep dish pan.

 

9. Once you have cooked your pizza, turn the control knob back down 
to minimum, then proceed with preparing your next pizza. Once this is 
ready, place into the oven and then turn the oven back up to medium. 
Repeat this process if cooking further pizzas.

COOKING IN YOUR DEEP-DISH PAN

 

1. Check inside your Perfecto Pizza to see that nothing is inside your oven 
other than the deep-dish cooking pan. Plug your Perfecto Pizza in. Turn 

your Perfecto Pizza oven on by turning the cooking temperature control 

knob to minimum. The heat indicator light will go on, this indicates that 
your Perfecto Pizza is pre-heating.

 

2. Your heat indicator light will turn off in approximately 5 minutes, 
indicating that your Perfecto Pizza has pre-heated and is ready for use.

 

3. Never over-fill your Perfecto Pizza or mount your foods too high as to 
touch the top-heating coil. Your food should always be below the height 
of the top-heating coil to avoid burning. Place your foods directly into the 
pre-heated deep-dish and close the lid.

4. If your food is cooking too quickly, simply turn the cooking 
temperature counter-clockwise to a lower setting. This will reduce the 
cooking temperature. To raise the cooking temperature if your food is 

cooking too slowly, turn the cooking temperature knob clockwise to a 

higher setting. This will raise the cooking temperature.

 

 

 

The Pizza oven is designed to make delicious pizza from fresh dough and frozen 

pizza bases. When using a frozen pizza base, allow the base to thaw before 

placing in the oven. This will result in a crispy cooked pizza. When cooking fresh 

dough, lightly flour the stone before placing fresh dough directly onto the stone. 

If you have sticky dough, add more flour to your dough as it may stick to the 

stone.

Both the stone base and deep dish pan sit on the turntable which turns so you 

can cook pizza perfectly. Stone base for crispy base deep and dish pan for thicker 

pizza bases.

COOKING ON THE STONE

 

1. The control knob should be set at the OFF position and a quick check inside 

your Perfecto Pizza oven to see that nothing is inside your oven other than the 

cooking stone making sure to realign turntable. 

 

2. To turn your Perfecto Pizza appliance on, simply turn the cooking temperature 

control knob to the medium heat setting. You will notice the heat indicator light 

go on. This indicates that your Perfecto Pizza is pre-heating. By pre-heating your 

oven before using, better baking results will be achieved.

 

3. When cooking on your stone, make sure that the top and bottom elements  

are both turned on.

 

4. Your heat indicator light will turn off in approximately 5 minutes, indicating 

that your Perfecto Pizza has pre-heated and is ready for use.

 

5. Place your cooked or un-cooked pizza dough directly onto stone or deep dish 

pan top with your favourite

 toppings. Never over-fill or mount your topping too 

high on your pizza. The topping should always be below the height of the 
top-heating coil to avoid burning.

 

WARNING;

 

the pizza stone will be extremely hot. DO NOT TOUCH IT AT 

ANY TIME. 

6. Close the lid of your Perfecto Pizza and let your pizza bake for 5 
minutes, or until the desired taste. Remember, every pizza may have a 

different crust thickness or topping, some pizzas may cook quicker than 

others.
