Proper protection, such as gloves, eye wear, and aprons, are recommended when disassembling a Dosatron.

Step 9:
To replace the upper flange, (Part #: PDI643) grasp and
twist it counter clockwise.
Step 8:
Insert the piston into the body. It should be a snug fit.
NOTE:
If either is loose, the flanges need to be replaced.
Step 7:
To test the lower flange, twist the plunger a quarter turn
counter clockwise and remove.
