Messages
This menu is only available when the handset is connected to a DORO DECT
Office base unit.
This menu is used to access any text messages stored in the system while the
handset has been either operational, or switched off.
Reading a message
1. Press
w
.
2. Scroll to MENU MAIL. Press OK.
3. The message is shown in the display.
4. Press
W
to end or OK twice to erase the message.
Registering
Please note!
Registration will usually be carried out by the controller of the DORO DECT office system.
Your handset must be logged on to the base unit or DECT system with which
it is to be used. The handset can be logged on to a maximum of four base
units/systems. However, it can only be logged on to one base unit at a time.
Use this menu to log on to a base unit, select base unit (if you have logged
more than one base unit) or to erase logins. The handset is intended to be used
with the DORO DECT Office system but can also be used with other GAP
compatible DECT base units and exchange systems.
