Start to enter a name or a number in the search bar

are displayed and filtered as you type.

Select the correct match by tapping it.
Edit contact

Open an existing contact.

Enter updates.

When done, select
Save

Add favourite
1.
From the Home screen, select

Open an existing contact.

to add the contact as a favourite.
