Do not allow the starter grip to snap back

3. Fuel valve 

The fuel valve controls fuel flowing from the fuel tank to the 

carburetor. Switch on the fuel valve before starting the engine. Make 

sure to turn the lever to the “OFF” position after stopping the engine.
