Place booster seat against
the back of the vehicle seat.
Tuck the top anchorage
hook under the child
restraint.
Have child sit in seat with
his back and bottom fully in
the seat.
Tops of the child’s ears
should never be above the
top of the booster seat.

The lap belt should lay
snugly across the child’s
upper thighs and not on the
stomach.
The shoulder belt should
lay snugly across the center
of the child’s shoulder and
across the chest and not on
their face or neck. Buckle
the vehicle belt. Pull up on
the shoulder belt to tighten.
Rotate recline stand down,
then push up firmly until it
locks in place.

From bottom of seat, locate
buckle’s metal retainer.
Insert buckle’s metal retainer
up through the shell and pad.
From the front, pull buckle
free from shell and pad.
Store harness straps and
buckle for future use.
NOTE:
If your child restraint has armrests, make sure the lap
and shoulder belt are placed under armrest as shown.
