‘Fail (fan 1)’ displayed on the
controller LCD screen

Check the electrical connections for fan 1 on
the main PCB. There are four connections at
the top of the board for control and three at
the bottom of the board for power

By removing the exhaust duct connection,
check there is nothing obstructing fan 1

Check the electrical connections for fan 2 on
the main PCB. There are four connections at
the top of the board for control and three at

By removing the supply duct connection,
check there is nothing obstructing fan 2
