The appliance will
not charge.
1. The battery is
not installed
correctly.
1. Remove the battery
and reinsert it.
2. Check that the power
cable is connected to
the vacuum and the
mains.
04 Loss of suction.
1. The dust bin is
full.
2. There is a
blockage in the
vacuum nozzle or
accessories.
1. Empty the dust bin and
clean the cyclone and
the filter.
2. Remove any hair and
debris from the electric
rotating brush and
accessories. Check that
the cleaning wand is
not blocked.

The rotating brush
does not rotate or
rotates slowly.
The brush has a
buildup of hair and
dirt preventing it from
functioning correctly.
Clean the brush and
remove any hair caught
on it.
