some salt and half a tablespoon of lemon juice. Beat 2 egg yolks and
add 3.5 dl. olive oil and a tablespoon of water.
Homemade
pesto
made in a blink with the universal grinder. Grind 4 tablespoons
(short roasted) pine nuts with 4 tablespoons of parmesan cheese, 4 cloves
of garlic and 150-200 gr. of fresh basil. Gradually add 1.5 dl olive oil and
season with salt and lemon juice.
