6.3 Driver Compility List:
This document contains information that you may find helpful when
troubleshooting a USB connection problem.
1. Install the drivers (A driver CD is included in the box) according to the
instructions.

For updating OS (operation system) of your computer:

For updating USB 2.0 Host Driver:
(1) Find out the manufacturer name and model name of your USB 2.0
Host controller.
(2) Update the USB 2.0 Host driver on the manufacturer’s website.
Note that if the USB device is included on the motherboard of your
computer, you should update the driver on the motherboard
manufacturer’s website.
