Operation
7.1
Before first use
Before first use, clean the refrigerator inside and outside with a damp cloth for
hygienic reasons (see also chapter “Cleaning and maintenance” on page 22).
7.2
Saving energy
•
Only open the medication refrigerator as often and for as long as necessary.
•
For optimal energy consumption, position the shelves and drawers according to
their position on delivery.
•
On a regularly basis, make sure the door seal still fits properly.
•
Clean dust and dirt from the condenser at regular intervals.
7.3
Switching on

• At the first starting up of the refrigerator or after switching it off for a long time the
display of the digital thermometer (fig.
, page 3) shows the current ambient
temperature alternating with the error message „E6“.
•
The alarm LED will light up but no audible alarm will sound.
•
As soon as the inner temperature reaches the operating temperature range
(2 °C – 8 °C) the current temperature is shown.
1. Reset the thermometer to avoid a wrong maximum temperature value.
2. Press the
button for 5 seconds.
NOTE
The external alarm signal can only be switched off by eliminating the
cause of the alarm.
CAUTION!
Do not store medicines and medicinal products before the E6 error
code has disappeared and the operating temperature range has been
reached.
