Maintenance valve in lower bowl
water supply line is closed.
Open maintenance valve.
Water system is not pressurized.
Check for closed valves or leaks.
Water valve (to upper
rim or lower bowl jets) is
malfunctioning.
Inspect/clean water system
strainers. Disassemble water
valve(s) and clean diaphragm or
pilot hole.
Debris is lodged in water jet.
Clear blockage.
Water flow control module is
malfunctioning.
Replace control module.
Water pump cycles very
frequently. (Problem
is in pressurized water
system.)
Leak in water system.
Find leak and repair.
Pressure switch not adjusted
correctly.
Adjust setting to 30-50 PSI.
Water pump inlet check valve is
clogged or stuck open.
Clean and/or replace check
valve.
Water pressure tank air pressure
is too high.
Adjust air pressure 3-5 PSI below
pump activation pressure.
Water pressure tank bladder is
ruptured.
Replace water pressure tank.
