Mounting the solar monitor without the wall-mounting box
A
1. Cut a recess of 76 x 82 mm into the wall with a minimum depth of 19 mm.
2. Cover the back of the solar monitor with a non-conductive material (e.g. plastic film or wood
panel).
3. Insert the back of the solar monitor into the recess and screw the front panel of the solar moni-
tor to the wall using the tapping screws ISO 7050.

Before first use
7.1
Calibrating the maximum solar power input
When using the solar monitor for the first time or when replacing the solar system, the maximum
solar power input must be calibrated.
I
1. Press and hold the
button for 5 seconds to open the settings menu.
2. Press the
button until “RESET 100%” is displayed.
3. Press and hold the
button until the progress indicator has scrolled through.

“OK” is displayed.
✔
The settings are saved.
4. Press the
button or wait for 10 seconds to quit the menu.
7.2
Deactivating or activating the battery voltage display
If there is another battery voltage display installed, deactivate the battery voltage display of the
solar monitor to avoid confusion due to possible measurement differences.
1. Press and hold the
button for 5 seconds to open the settings menu.
2. Press the
button until “SHOW VOLT” is displayed.
3. Press and hold the
button for 5 seconds to open the battery voltage measurement setting.
4. Press the
button to switch between “ON” and “OFF”.
5. Wait for 10 seconds to quit the menu.

The settings are saved.
NOTICE! Damage hazard
Before cutting and drilling any holes, ensure that no electrical cables or other parts of
the vehicle can be damaged by drilling, sawing or filing.
NOTE
• Ensure that the solar panels are exposed to optimal sunlight.
• Ensure that the house battery is not fully charged, otherwise the solar charger will
reduce the charging power.
