Your hair dryer has been tested before leaving the factory, If any
part should be damaged in transit, please return it to us for
immediate replacement.
Each carton contains:
a, Hair dryer
b. Wall bracket with wall label
c. Styling nozzle
d. 2 screws and wall plugs.
Siting: This hair dryer Is not to be used in bathrooms or
areas near water.
The hair dryer must not be installed in a position where,
when fully extended, can be reached by a person using a
bath or shower.
Wiring
The hair dryer comes with a UK plug fitted,
Should you wish to permanently connect the dryer to the mains
then proceed as follows:
The 220/240 volt 50Hz supply must be connected to the Hair
Dryer via a double pole fused isolator having a contact separation
of at least 3mm between poles. In order to guarantee additional
protection, it is strongly recommended that a differential breaker
with an intervention current not greater than 30 mA is installed in
the electrical system which feeds the device. For further
information, contact a qualified electrician.
Reduce the wire length to the dryer to ensure it will not touch the
ground should it get dropped,
The wires in the mains lead must be connected to the fused
isolator in the following way:
The brown lead to the terminal marked:

Inspection
The coiled cable to the hair dryer should be checked
regularly, especially in high usage areas, for any signs of
wear,
splitting or vandalism, especially at both ends. The hair dryer
case should be checked regularly for any damage and the
safety warning labels are still in place.
Safety
• Plug the hairdryer into an alternating current outlet only, and
make sure that the voltage for your electricity supply is the
same as that indicated on the rating plate of the appliance.
• Do not use your hairdryer in the bath or under the shower, or
near basins or other vessels containing water.
• Do not immerse in water or other liquids.
• Never put the appliance in a place where it could fall Into water
or in other liquids.
• Do not try to recover an electric appliance fallen into water, but
unplug it immediately from the mains supply.
• Turn the hair dryer off before putting down.
• Unplug the appliance when not in use, but never do it by
pulling the cord.
• Remember to check regularly that the air inlet and outlet grills
are clean.
• Allow your appliance to cool before storing away and do not
wrap the supply cord around the hairdryer in storage.
• Do not use the dryer if it does not work properly, if it dropped or
if the supply cord is damaged. Do not try to repair.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
Important
This hairdryer conforms to the safety regulations regarding
electrical appliances. This hairdryer has a safety cut-out which
will operate in case of overheating. The dryer will re-set itself after
being left to cool for a few minutes, but check the air inlet and
outlet grills are clear before continuing to use the dryer.
This product conforms to the radio interference suppression
requirement: EEC directive 89/336.
Switch operation.
Top switch:
1=Low heat
2= Medium heat
3= High heat
Bottom switch:
0 = Off
1 = Low speed
2 = High speed
Pressing the blue button while the dryer is running, switches the
heat to a cool setting.
Cool air helps set the style, so always finish with the cool setting
for a longer lasting, more effective result.
Styling nozzle
Fit the flat-air styling nozzle onto the hairdryer for added styling
control whilst drying.
Filter
Before cleaning, isolate from the mains. The hairdryer is
equipped with a removable filter grill, which prevents dust
particles and hair from being sucked in by the fan. This grill can
be washed under running water. To remove it, twist and remove.
After cleaning the grill, make sure that it is completely dry before
placing it again onto the hairdryer.
Guarantee
This professional hair dryer supplied is considered a consumable
item and is guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials
for 6 months. This does not cover vandalism, improper use, or
non compliance with these instructions. Any physical damage
will be classed as vandalism.
