3. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the six screws that secure the retaining bracket
covering the internal drives, then remove the bracket as shown in Figure 4 ‐ 3.

Note: A drive LED may turn from green to red if one or more of the Show Store internal
hard drives is dislodged during shipment or relocation. For this reason, before
replacing a drive, be sure it is fully seated and reseat if required. For reseating
instructions, refer to the remaining steps in this procedure; reseating is similar to
removing and inserting a replacement drive. After reseating, drive replacement
may not be necessary.
