In the Phonebook list screen, [Register] →
Select an account if necessary

Set
required items → [Save]

Registering a phonebook entry from a
history

In the history screen, select a party
→
[Add
to phonebook]

Select an account if required.

[Register new] → Set required items → [Save]

To add information to already registered entries,
select a name of phoenbook entry you want to add.

Editing a phonebook entry

In the Phonebook list screen, select a
phonebook entry you want to edit (1 sec. or
more)
→ [Edit] → Enter items to edit → [Save]
◆ Deleting a phonebook entry

In the Phonebook list screen, select a
phonebook entry you want to delete (1 sec.
or more)
→
[Delete]
→
[OK]

In the Phonebook list screen,

→ Tap [Delete] to
select and delete a phonebook entry you want to
delete. Tap [Select all] to delete all phonebook
entries.
◆ Searching a phonebook entry
Search a phonebook by Japanese syllabary (when 言語設
定
(Select locale) is set to
日本語
(Japanese) in Language &
Text input).

Tap the index bar display area
The first row of Japanese syllabary index "

"
appears.

Touch the character you want to search in
the first column
→
Select the character in
the second column by sliding → Select the
name in the third column by sliding

The Phonebook list is displayed with the selected
entry at the top of the screen.

The third column displays the first 2 characters of
the name that matches the selected index from the
data registered in Phonebook.

Setting Phonebook to be displayed
You can set the display to show only phonebook entries
that have phone numbers, or to show or hide phonebook
entries that are included in specified accounts or groups of
Google accounts.
