Beach Dolly with sling & keel pad

Step 3: Attach wheels to axle:

Slide (1) wheel washer onto the end of the axle.

Then, slide (1) wheel onto the end of the axle.

Insert one locking pin into the hole on the end of the axle to secure the wheel in place.
