Oil Refilling
Oil refilling must be performed only when the machine power is off
and the plug is not connected to the power supply
Check regularly the colour of oil. It should be clear and transparent.
First oil refill is recommended after first 100 hours of work. Next re-
fills must be performed every
500-1000 hours of work.
Oil must be refilled in case oil vapour or odour appears during opera-
tion, or in case the packaging machine operates at ambient tempera-
ture exceeding 35°C.
It is advisable to start the pump 10…15 minutes before operation in or-
der to warm up oil. Cold oil impedes the motor and filter operation.
Note
It is obligatory to check the machine work after oil refilling.
Note
During operation, oil can heat up to 100° С . The pump also gets hot.
Be careful during maintenance and operation.
