3. Right click on the DS-RX1 icon, and from the pull-down menu select Printer properties => open the Properties window 
Note: In Windows 8, DS-RX1 icon does not appear if the printer is offline (if the printer with the power on is not connected). 
 

 

 
 

4. The DS-RX1 Properties window will appear.
