2.4.5) - Emergency power supply test (§ 4.1.3 of EN 81-28 norm)
Emergency telephone AMIGO 2 can be connected to the Playboard III controller battery (Pitagora system) or to the
(optionals) ETS8128CH3/7 battery charger with 12V external battery.
When power in tension falls below 10V, the AMIGO 2 sends out a service call with the
"Low battery charge"
message (§ 3.2.17). When the 12V line in is restored, a service call with the "Regular operation" message is sent (§
3.2.17).
If the emergency telephone has firmware 2.5.0 or higher, for ETS8128CH2 power supply compatibility set
theparameter "ETS8128CH3 = 0" (§ 3.2.24)
In case of low battery, the signals and blink simultaneously (1 sec. ON / 1 sec. OFF).
2.5) - ADVANCED CONNECTIONS
2.5.1) - Alarm Filtering (§ 4.1.5 of EN 81-28 norm)
When made available by the lift controller (or by any other device in the installation), signals related to the status of
hall / cabin doors and to the presence of the car at floor can be used to filter undue alarms (§ 4.2.1 of EN 81-28
norm). For this purpose, connect the potential-free contact between the ALARM FILTER input of the Emergency
Telephone and the screw terminal n°7 (COM/GND).
Full compliance to EN81-28 norm shall be achieved by connecting AMIGO 2 Telephone to an external Rescue
Service (Call Center or the like).
2.5.2) - Connecting many telephones on one phone line
