MAINTENANCE
DAILY PROCEDURES //
1. ELECTRICAL CORD INSPECTION: Detach unit from power source and inspect electrical
cords to ensure they are free of cuts. If a cut is found, replace cord before operating unit.
2. TEST GFCI: If applicable, test the GFCI. Testing varies according to the specific GFCI. Follow
the instructions given on the GFCI.
3. FUEL LEAK INSPECTION: If a fuel leak is found, turn unit off immediately! Be sure that
all damaged parts are replaced and that the mechanical problems are corrected prior to
operation of the unit.
4. ADEQUATE CLEARANCE INSPECTION: Ensure 5 feet of clearance from the front of the
heater and 2 feet of clearance above and on other sides of the heater.
5. FILTER INSPECTION: Ensure filters are in tact.
ANNUAL PROCEDURES //
1. REPLACE FUEL TANK FILTER: (

3. REPLACE FUEL PUMP FILTER: Should be performed by a certified service center.
4. CLEAN FUEL TANK: Empty the fuel by removing the drain cap at the bottom of the tank.

) Dispose the fuel in an appropriate container in accordance with the current safety
regulations.To remove any residual remaining, pour clean fuel and rinse the tank again.
AS NEEDED PROCEDURES //
1. CLEAN BURNER ELECTRODES: Should be performed by a certified service center.
1. CLEAN FAN: Should be performed by a certified service center.
2. CLEAN COMBUSTION TANK: Should be performed by a certified service center.
