WARRANTY (only for Greece)
WARRANTY AND DURATION
MEKMA S.A. guarantees for all parts of the product, for a time period mentioned below, starting at the date of purchase, as determined
in the sale invoice. MEKMA S.A. assumes responsibility of repairing the product, free of charge, in case that the damaged is solely
caused by manufacturing defects. The warranty covers the cost of the spare parts as well the process of repairing the damage. Repair
service inspection and product adjustment and setting are covered by the client. MEKMA S.A. responsibilities include new of refurbished
parts, of own choice and disposal, and technical support from MEKMA authorized technicians and MEKMA authorized retailers for the
product’s repair services. In the case of absence of authorized retailers or of authorized technicians or of technical support services,
those warranty services will be directly executed by MEKMA S.A. The warranty period is valid as follows:
The WARRANTY time period for domestic use is:
Frame 2 years,
Electronic parts and other spare parts 1 year.
WARRANTY TERMS
This warranty is valid only if:
1.The buyer presents the product’s legal proof of purchase (Invoice, Consignment Note or Receipt of Retail Sale) that mentions date of
purchase, product type and serial number (if there is one).
The warranty is valid only for the original buyer and is absolutely not allowed, nor recognized the transfer of the warranty to a third party.
2. The product is properly used, according to the instructions provided in this manual.
3. The product is properly installed by an authorized service agency, according to the instructions provided.
4. MEMKMA S.A. reserves the right to determine, at own discretion, the replacement or repair of the spare parts, as well as the place,
time and way or repair. It is expressly stated that any claim for compensation is excluded due to a temporary shortage of spare parts
and a delay in repairing the damage.
5. The damages of the product shall be completed during transport and installation.
WARRANTY FULFILLMENT
The product can be repaired:
1. At MEKMA S.A. Department of Repair Services. For the transportation towards and from said department, the one liable and charged
is the client, who is also responsible for proper packaging during the transportation towards MEKMA S.A.
MEKMA S.A. is not responsible for any damages during transportation by a third party.
2. By a MEKMA S.A. technician visiting the customer’s location. The technician’s working hours and transportation expenses are covered
by the client and determined by the our currently valid repair price list.
EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY
This warranty does not cover:
1. Plastic or elastic parts (i.e. protective covers).
2. Consequential, parallel or incidental damages, such as property damage.
3. Compensation for services to the consumer for as long as the product is not operating.
THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT BE VALID IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
1. When the damage is the result of modifications, misuse, or poor maintenance.
2. When the product is opened and repaired by a third party.
3. When the damage is caused by negligence or incorrect assembly by the user or a third party.
4. When the instructions of use specified in this manual have not been followed in general.
5. When the product is used in gyms, gymnastic associations, studios, or for other commercial or professional use.
REPAIR
Please retain the proof of purchase (or a copy). If the repair service is performed, it is in your interest to receive and hold all the evidence
and receipts. This written warranty gives you the specific legal rights. You can also have other rights that vary from state to state. The
repair service under this warranty must be provided by the sequence of these steps, in command:
1. Contact the authorized dealer.
2. Contact the Department of Repair Services (210) 2758228 of the delegation. DO NOT SEND ANY PRODUCT TO THE DELEGATION
WITHOUT PREVIOUS APPROVAL. All products/machinery arriving without approval shall be rejected.
