Fit top buckle plate over
bottom buckle plate. The
connection should be
locked together.

Position harness straps
over the child’s shoulders.

Hold buckle plates
together with one hand
and buckle with the other.
Push buckle plates into
buckle until you hear a
“click.” Pull up on harness
to make sure buckle is
locked.

To change buckle
location:
Determine which of the
three available buckle
slots is both comfortable
and snug for your child.

From under seat shell,
push down on large tab
and pull metal clip out.
Insert metal clip up
through the shell.
Choose new location and
pull metal clip through
shell and behind tabs.
Push down on clip to lock
under large tab.

Rethread one harness end
onto one adjustment
bracket by threading loose
end over lower bar, behind
locking teeth and up
between upper teeth and
top of bracket. Thread
harness end between
locking teeth and out the
bottom of bracket as
shown. Make sure harness
does not twist. Repeat for
other adjustment bracket.
