I’m having trouble pairing
a second device. How is this done?
In order to pair a second device, ensure no other devices are already
paired.

Where does the JAG97CD-HF connect in my vehicle?
The JAG97CD-HF connects to the back of the radio and because of that,
radio removal is required.

Does the JAG97CD-HF work in vehicles without CD changer?
NO;
the JAG97CD-HF requires a
working CD changer
to work as described.
If vehicle does not have a functioning CD changer, purchased our
instead.

In which model/year Jaguars will the JAG97CD-HF work?
Works in all pre-1998 radios with 8-pin DIN

Will the stereo mute when I receive or make a phone call?
This system will not mute unless
radio is in “CD” mode (Bluetooth mode)

in radio is in (AM/FM) Mode, audio system will not mute. If in AM/FM mode,
user must switch radio to

so to hear caller on car speakers.

Will I be able to stream music and use my navigation app at the same
time?
YES!
When streaming music and navigating; music will mute during
navigation guidance and return to previous state when guidance ends. If a
call is made or received, both navigation guidance and audio streaming are
muted until call has ended.

After installing and testing the system everything works, but there is

ngine “whine”.
What can I do to fix this?
Check the grounds and make sure all connections are snug.
