Introduction:
These adapters are compatible with any Becker radio and functioning CD
changer and particularly great for radios that do not have an AUX menu option
including PCM1 (BE2580), CR210, CDR210, CR31, CR22, CDR22, CDR21, CR11 etc.
The
CD changer remains connected but will no longer play
.
The
iP-BKRCD
adapter allows users to
connect, play and charge
all Apple 30-
pin connecting devices.
The
3.5-BKRCD
adapter allows users to
connect and play
any audio device with
a 3.5mm Jack. With the storage capacity of most portable devices sacrificing
the CD Changer should be an easy decision.
Installation:
Most Becker radios are coded and will not operate without
the code. Do not proceed to step 4 if radio code is not
available otherwise radio will not operate upon
reconnection.

Remove radio from dashboard to gain access to the connectors.

Removal tools (See
Fig. 1
) required to remove these radios (except
PCM1) and are available separately

Slide tools into radio slots

with straight edge facing away.
Withdraw radio by pulling outwards. With radio removed, press
retaining spring to release keys. See
Fig. 2.

For aux installation, disconnect BLUE plug from radio

) (pinch blue tab to release)

For iPod installation disconnect yellow (C-1), green (C-2) and blue (C-3)
plugs from radio (See

Alert!
Yellow plug present only in vehicles with amplifies;
otherwise
C-1
chamber will be empty.
