Introduction:
This simply aux adapter allows users t to connect and play any audio device with
a 3.5mm jack to select 2003-12 Honda- Acura radios. Simply connect adapter to
the radio 14-pin external device port and to audio device and enjoy stored
content or music or internet connected smartphone. The HON03-AUX replaces
external CD changer, single cd player/cassette in lower dash or SiriusXM.
Installation:
(to radio)
Remove radio from dashboard to gain access to the connector. (Vehicle
specific radio removal instructions are not part of this guide, but may be
available upon request)
Warning!
Vehicles with blue 14-pin connector (See
Fig. 2
) are not compatible.
Must have white 14-pin connector as seen in
Fig. 1

Locate 14
-pin connector

Disconnect any device (XM Tuner, external slave cd/cd
changer/cassette player)

Connect adapter 14-pin plug to radio 14-pin port (See
Fig. 1
)
Warning:
To retain GPS guidance or Satellite Radio (SiriusXM), our
t-harness (sold separately) is required

Connect 3.5mm audio cable (See
Fig. 3
) to adapter jack (See
Fig. 4
)
and route other end to wherever audio device will reside (within 3 ft.)
