DISC Blu-safe

Manager program files.
■■ Min 2 GB free hard drive space for the archive
database and the temporary data buffer (the size of
the archive database depends on the volume of ar-
chived files on the Blu-ray Medien).
■■ NET-Framework V2.0 or higher
Archive database calculation:
1024 bytes x direc 256 bytes x (direc files )
+ 36 bytes x files = required hard drive space
Example:
1,000,000 files are stored in 10,000 directories.
1024 x 10,000 + 256 x (10,000 + 1,000,000) + 36 x 1,000,000
= 330,301,440 bytes
330,301,440 bytes / (1024 x 1024) = 315 MB
Note:
The 64bit versions of Windows are not
currently supported.
