WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. Warranty period will start from delivery date of the goods and is for 2 (two)
years.
2. All goods including relevant parts of the goods are within the scope of our
company's warranty.
3. In the event that the goods fails within the warranty period of the goods,
repair period will be added to the warranty period. Repair period of the goods
will be maximum 30 (thirty) working days. This period will start from the
communication date for the failure of the goods to the service station, if such a
service station is not available, to the seller, vendor, agent, representative
office, importer or manufacturer, producer of the good. In the event that said
failure cannot be removed within 15 working days, manufacturer-Producer or
importer must make another goods with the same properties available for use
of the consumer until repair work of the goods is completed.
4. In the event that the goods fails due to material and workmanship or
assembly faults within the warranty period, such goods will be repaired without
charging any fee under the name of workmanship fee, fee for replaced part or
any other cost.
5. Although the consumer uses the right to have the goods repaired; if :
-the same failure occurs more than twice or different failures occur more than
four times within one year or total number of different failures is more than six
within the warranty period specified and such failures make the use of the
goods impossible continuously as from the date on which the goods is
delivered to the consumer provided that such failures occur within the warranty
period specified;
-maximum period for repair is exceeded;
-the service station of the concerned company is not available and in the event
that such failure cannot be removed with repair work according to a report to
be issued by respectively, seller or vendor, or agent, representative office,
importer or manufacturer-producer, consumer may demand free replacement
of the goods, refund or discount in proportion to the defect of the goods.
6. Failures arisen from improper use and against the conditions set forth in the
user's manual will be outside the scope of the warranty.
7. Application may be made to the Directorate General of Consumer Protection
and Market Surveillance of T.R. Ministry of Industry and Trade in respect of the
problems related to the Certificate of Warranty.
