Troubleshooting

Problem

Check

Power LED will not turn on

 

• Check that the LAN cable is connected to the device supporting PSE.

 

• Check that the power cable is connected or power supply status of 

the PSE device that the LAN cable is connected to..

The system is unable to recognize 
network interface

 

• Check the LAN cable.

 

• Check the network LED.
