Step 4 : Binder adjustement



Install the chain binder rod to the support and adjust the pretension. Refer to the
operator’s manual for details.

Step 5 : Feedroll installation



Approach the feedroll module (7) and remove the snapring (11).



Loosen lightly the bearing bolts (8) and (9) to facilitate the assembly.



Slide the feedroll shaft in the bearing and set with ½’’ x 1’’ flange bolts (10).



Reinstall the snap ring (11).



Tighten the bearing bolts on both sides (8)(9).



Align the sprockets if needed and tighten the sprocket and bearing setscrews (12).



Verify that the roll spins freely and does not apply tension to the bearings.
