2.2 Associare il campanello alla centralina DiO
Associare il campanello e il pulsante alla centralina domotica DiO per ricevere notifiche,
controllare i dispositivi tramite smartphone e creare i propri scenari personalizzati, ad esempio
per essere avvertiti tramite smartphone ogni volta che qualcuno suona il campanello. Per
associare il modulo, fare riferimento al manuale della centralina.
3. Cancellare un dispositivo di controllo DiO 1.0
Se si desidera cancellare un trasmettitore dal campanello:
1. Premere una volta il pulsante di apprendimento del campanello; il led inizierà a lampeggiare
lentamente.
2. Entro 15 secondi premere sul pulsante da cancellare (o sul pulsante ‘I’ del dispositivo di
controllo): il campanello emette due “bip” per confermare che il collegamento è stato annullato
e il led del campanello smette di lampeggiare.
4. Reinizializzare (reset)
Per cancellare tutti i trasmettitori salvati sul campanello:
1. Tenere premuto il pulsante di apprendimento del campanello per sei secondi: il dispositivo
emetterà un secondo "bip” e il led inizierà a lampeggiare velocemente.
6. Risoluzione dei problemi
Il campanello non suona quando viene premuto il pulsante, o con sensore attivato:
- Controllare il volume del campanello.
- Verificare che il campanello sia correttamente collegato all’alimentazione.
- Verificare che la/le pila/e del pulsante siano correttamente posizionate e non siano scariche.
- Assicurarsi che il pulsante sia associato al campanello.
- Assicurarsi che la memoria del campanello non sia piena (vedi paragrafi 2 e 3).
Importante: È necessario mantenere una distanza minima di 1-2 m tra due ricevitori DiO
(campanello, modulo, presa e/o lampada). La portata tra il campanello e il pulsante DiO può
essere ridotta dallo spessore dei muri o dalla presenza di una rete wireless preesistente.
Attenzione: Non utilizzare in un ambiente umido.
5. Utilizzo
Quando viene premuto il pulsante, il campanello (ricevitore) riceve il segnale, la suoneria si
attiva e il led blu lampeggia rapidamente per 15 secondi.
Se il campanello riceve il segnale di un secondo trasmettitore mentre è attiva la prima suoneria,
il led continuerà a lampeggiare ma la suoneria cambierà (se è stata scelta una suoneria diversa
per il secondo trasmettitore).
Per regolare il volume o mettere il campanello in modalità “silenziosa”, premere il pulsante del
volume. Quando il campanello è in modalità “silenziosa” e viene premuto il pulsante, il led blu
lampeggia per 15 secondi, ma la suoneria non si attiva.
Se si desidera cambiare la suoneria di un trasmettitore, sarà necessario cancellare il
trasmettitore e associarlo nuovamente al campanello, preselezionando la suoneria desiderata.
8. Completare l'installazione

1. Rimuovere la linguetta in plastica in corrispondenza della cornice di protezione.
2. Servendosi di un piccolo cacciavite a taglio, far leva sulla finestrella posta sul lato destro del
pulsante per farlo scorrere in avanti.
3. Sostituire la pila usata con una pila nuova di tipo 3V CR2032.
Attenzione: Pericolo di esplosione in caso la pila non venga sostituita correttamente.
Sostituire la pila solo con un prodotto uguale o equivalente.
Sostituire la pila del pulsante
Questo prodotto è compatibile con tutti i dispositivi di controllo DiO 1.0: pulsante,
telecomando, interruttori, sensori senza fili e centralina domotica DiO per il controllo tramite
smartphone.
La centralina DiO permette di controllare la propria casa da qualsiasi luogo tramite
smartphone e di rendere compatibile il modulo DiO 1.0 con i dispositivi di controllo DiO 2.0.

2. Associare il campanello a un dispositivo di controllo DiO 1.0
1. Scegliere la suoneria e il volume premendo i due pulsanti sul lato destro del campanello
(vedi immagine 1).
2. Avvicinare il pulsante (o un altro trasmettitore DiO 1.0) al campanello e premere il pulsante
di apprendimento del ricevitore (pulsante LEARN); il led comincia a lampeggiare lentamente.
3. Entro 15 secondi premere il pulsante; il campanello emette due “bip“ per confermare che i
due dispositivi sono collegati e il led si spegne.
Attenzione: Se non si preme il pulsante (o non si attiva il sensore) entro 15 secondi, il
campanello uscirà dalla modalità di apprendimento e per effettuare l’associazione sarà
necessario ricominciare la procedura da capo.
È possibile collegare al campanello fino a quattro trasmettitori (pulsante, sensore di
movimento o di apertura DiO 1.0) abbinando ad ognuno una suoneria diversa. È possibile
scegliere tra cinque suonerie e quattro volumi.
Quando le quattro memorie del campanello saranno piene, il dispositivo emetterà quattro
“bip” nel momento in cui si proverà ad aggiungere un quinto trasmettitore; per procedere
sarà necessario cancellare un trasmettitore.
2.1 Associare il modulo a un pulsante DiO 1.0

1. Collegare il campanello (ricevitore) a una presa. Il
led blu si illumina per 2 secondi.
2. Installare il pulsante:
Per garantire lo standard di impermeabilità IP44,
utilizzare la cornice di protezione in dotazione
oppure installare il pulsante in verticale, rivolto
verso il basso.
2.1 Rimuovere il piccolo coperchio del portanome e
scrivere il proprio nome.
2.2 Avvitare la cornice di protezione o il pulsante:
Rimuovere il coperchio sotto il pulsante. Aprire i 2
fori del coperchio e usarli come riferimento per
segnare i punti in cui forare la parete. Forare e fissare
il pulsante servendosi delle viti in dotazione,
installando la cornice di protezione tra la parete e il
coperchio sul retro del pulsante.
2.2 Incollare la cornice di protezione o il pulsante:
Assicurarsi che la superficie di applicazione sia
pulita, priva di polvere e non unta. Applicare la
striscia adesiva in dotazione sul retro della cornice di
protezione e incollarla nel luogo desiderato
premendo forte per alcuni secondi. Utilizzare quindi
le 2 piccole strisce adesive per incollare il pulsante
all’interno della cornice di protezione.
2.3 Installare il campanello nella cornice di
protezione, avendo cura di posizionare il pulsante a
sinistra, affinché vada a trovarsi in corrispondenza
dell’apertura sul lato della cornice di protezione.
2.4 Far scorrere la linguetta in plastica nell’apertura
per garantire l’impermeabilità del prodotto.

2.2 Linking the doorbell to the DiO main unit
Link the doorbell and push button to your DiO Smart Home main unit to get notifications and
to control your devices with your smartphone and create your scenarios; for example, to get
notifications on your smartphone when someone rings the bell. Please refer to your main unit
manual to add the module.
3. Deleting a DiO 1.0 controller
If you want to delete a doorbell transmitter:
1. Press the doorbell learn button once; the LED begins to flash slowly.
2. Press the push button (or the ‘I’ button of the controller) within 15 seconds to delete. The
doorbell beeps twice to confirm that the link is broken and the doorbell LED stops flashing.
4. Reset
To delete all the transmitters registered on the doorbell:
1. Press the doorbell learn button for 6 seconds until you hear a second beep. The LED starts to
flash continuously.
6. Troubleshooting
The doorbell does not ring when the push button is pressed or when the detector is activated:
- Check the doorbell volume.
- Check that the doorbell is connected to the power supply.
- Check the polarity of the battery(ies) of the push button and/or that they are not depleted.
- Make sure that the button is linked to the doorbell.
- Make sure that the doorbell memory is not full (see sections 2 and 3).
Important: A minimum distance of 1-2 m is necessary between two DiO receivers (doorbell,
module, socket and/or bulb). The range between the doorbell and the DiO push button may be
reduced by the thickness of the walls or an existing wireless environment. Warning: Do not use
in a damp environment.
5. Use
When you press the push button, the doorbell (receiver) receives the signal, the bell rings and
the blue LED flashes rapidly for 15 seconds.
While the first ring tone is ringing, if the doorbell receives the signal from a second transmitter,
the LED will continue to flash while the ring tone will change (if a different ring tone has been
selected for the second transmitter).
Press the Volume button to adjust the volume or to put the doorbell in “silent” mode. When the
doorbell is in “silent” mode, only the blue LED will flash for 15 seconds when the button is
pressed.
If you want to change a transmitter ring tone, you must delete it and link it with the doorbell
again, having first selected the melody you want to use.

CR2032 battery
1. Remove the small plastic end piece on the protective cover.
2. Using a small flat screwdriver, push on the small notch on the right-hand side of the push
button and move the button towards the front.
3. Replace the old battery with a new 3V CR2032 battery.
Warning: Risk of explosion if the battery is not replaced correctly. Replace only with the same
type or an equivalent type.
Changing the battery in the push button
This product is compatible with all DiO 1.0 devices: push button, remote control, switches,
wireless detectors and the DiO Smart Home main unit for control using your smartphone.
Using the DiO main unit, you can control your home wherever you are through your
smartphone and also make your DiO 1.0 module compatible with DiO 2.0 devices. For more

2. Linking the doorbell with a DiO 1.0 device
1. Select the ring tone and volume by pressing the 2 buttons located on the right-hand side
of the doorbell (see image 1).
2. Bring the push button (or other DiO 1.0 transmitter) close to the doorbell and press the
receiver LEARN button; the LED begins to flash slowly.
3. Within 15 seconds, press the push button; the doorbell beeps twice to confirm that the 2
products are linked and the LED goes out.
Warning: If you do not press the push button (or activate the sensor) within 15 seconds, the
doorbell will exit learn mode. You must restart the procedure in order to link the button with
the doorbell.
You can connect up to 4 transmitters to the doorbell (push button, DiO 1.0 motion sensor or
intrusion sensor) with a separate ring tone for each one. You can choose between 5 ring
tones and 4 levels of volume.
When the 4 doorbell memories are full, you will hear 4 beeps if you try to add a 5th
transmitter. You will have to delete a transmitter in order to add it.
2.1 Linking the module with a DiO 1.0 push button

1. Plug the doorbell (receiver) into a socket. The blue
LED indicator comes on for 2 seconds.
2. Install the push button.
To meet IP44 water tightness standards, please
use the protective cover supplied or position the
button vertically with the button towards the
bottom.
2.1 Remove the small name plate cover and write
your name.
2.2 Screw on the protective cover or the push
button: Remove the cover under the push button.
Pierce the 2 holes in the cover and use them as a
template to mark the drilling holes. Drill the 2 holes
and attach the button using the screws supplied,
fitting the protective cover between the wall and the
rear cover of the button.
2.2 Affix the protective cover or the push button:
Make sure that the surface is clean and free of dust
or grease. Stick the large adhesive strip supplied to
the back of the protective cover and stick it in the
desired position, pressing firmly for a few seconds.
Then use the 2 small adhesive strips to affix the push
button in the protective cover.
2.3 Install the doorbell in the protective cover,
making sure that you position the button on the left
so that the button is located in the opening on the
side of the cover.
2.4 Slide the small plastic end piece into the opening
to ensure that the product is watertight.
