8.1 Start menu

Pre-configuration of all system components for
dynamic menu structuring
Setting range Display

The language for menu navigation can be selected from
the available languages. The 'ENTER' key can be used
to select the desired language and the arrow key


can
be used to change the language. The 'ENTER' key is
used to confirm the selection and the 'ESC' key is used
to cancel the selection. Additional languages are
available from the after-sales service via Smart Key.
When switching on
the voltage, always

When starting the heat pump manager for the first time,
the connected heat pump must be selected. The heat
pump is defined with a four-digit number and/or the heat
output in the standard measuring point. The available
increments for performance are displayed depending
on the type of heat pump. The output is shown on the
heat pump’s type plate (air-to-water HP at A7W35,
brine-to-water HP at B0W35, water-water HP at
10W35). In the case of a 2-compressor heat pump, the
output stated in operation with 2 compressors must be
chosen.
If no match between the performance data or the
number on the type plate and the selection on the HPM
can be found, then the setting ‘Other’ should be
selected. These settings must only be carried out by the
after-sales service.
Alternatively, the heat pump type can be selected via a
four-digit number, which can also be found on the type
plate.
If no number is shown on the type plate, the standard
heat output as specified above must be used.
